"Santavenere is a fabulously elegant property. The grounds were beyond compare. And the service was also impeccable. Our only issue was the availability of food after breakfast. The hotel has a pool restaurant that we used twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Neither experiences was acceptable. We were the only guests both time. "Antonio and the entire staff are great. I had a very nice room and everything appeared to be new. Very clean and fully equipped. The view of the island of Cirella is spectacular, especially during sunset from the restaurant terrace. I sat there with my beer and just enjoyed the surroundings. My only suggestion is use softer pillows. I found them to be very hard. Loved the staff and breakfast and Calabrese hospitality. I would stay again!"

"This was an lovely BNB. It is in the historic district, so be aware that you cannot drive and park near it. You will have to walk about 5 blocks or so and climb stairs to get there. It was worth every step. It is an adorable place with outstanding service, great breakfasts and unbelievable views. The only remark I can make is, like most Italian beds, they are hard. Just feel people who are not used to them should know. But don’t let any of those comments keep you from renting. It is a magical...

"Een hele aardige plek met een leuk uitzicht. Een vreselijke weg er naar toe. Slecht aangegeven. Kamer erg basis. 3 dagen achter elkaar .oeten vragen om toiletpapier geen glazen op de kamer om een glas wijn te drinken. Ontbijt was prima voor Italiaanse nirmen We hadden niet het idee dat we te maken hadden met de eigenaar. De bevlogenheid ontbrak. Er werd zeer slecht Engels gesproken.
