The staff are very nice, very good restaurant, very clean , rooms are warm and cozy

I don't usually write reviews but I had to go out of my way to review this amazing hotel. Let's start with the staff, they are some of the most accomodating people I've ever met. I asked the person that checked me in if there is a taxi nearby and asked her if she could book us one for the next day. She checked us in in our room on the 3rd floor and she went up and down twice just to ask me and tell me about minor details like if its a taxi to and from, the total price, etc. The residence is...

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Thank you, Hoxton I am a loyal fan.

The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...

Would definitely return to and recommend the Meridiana Country Hotel. Loris Frascarelli and his staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us during our stay. Upon our arrival, Loris gave us a choice of rooms; we obviously took the one with the better view. The Meridiana is quaint, accommodating, clean, in a beautiful location and close to a fantastic local restaurant they recommended just down the road (Gennaro); you could actually walk there.

Loved the room, breakfast and staff!

My husband, 11 yr old son and I just returned from our first trip to Italy.We stayed at the San Gallo Palace in Florence 5 nights and loved it. From the moment our taxi dropped us off, the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the staff rushed outside to bring in our luggage as we were exiting the taxi. I wish I'd have gotten his name. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

The staff is very friendly, the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and the windows were thick enough to keep the noise out from the street. Their breakfast was the best I've ever had from a hotel, it felt like they had everything you could ever ask for. The day we checked out we were still planning on staying in Florence until the evening and they kept our bags at the hotel free of charge for the day which was very convenient. This hotel was great. The breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect for walking the city as well as having great access to the train station. I also noticed a lot of the walking tours began in the area so it was convenient. Food choices everywhere and many many convenient stores nearby. The staff was great!

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.

We were consistently seated next to other guests at breakfast, not necessary because there were many available tables. One of the servers in the restaurant consistently coughed while serving dinner. Otherwise, we loved the property snd the stay. Most convenient to SM train station!

Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. Do not get fooled by its 3-star status, as the rooms, deco and services would definitely compete with at least a 4-star counterpart. Clean room, staff was nice and location was perfect. Only complaint is the room is small, however it was for a good cost. Loved the filtered water on the first floor too!
