Great location and accommodations. Staff were very accommodating with a reservation mix up and fixed the issue quick. They also responded to messages fast and set up for our clothes to be washed.

Fantastic location! ... and the room is still quiet when you close the windows. Great hotel if you want to explore the city and just use the hotel for sleeping. Warmest recommendations

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant The location was great close to everything. We thought it would be noisy since so close to the Cathedral but it was not at all. We could see the cathedral from our window. We did not have breakfast at the hotel

We enjoyed our stay here! Because our trip to Florence was short, we picked this based on cleanliness and location. It was both clean and so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room did the trick! If I stayed longer I would have chosen a room with more bells and whistles, but we didn’t need that, and had a nice stay. I recommend this hotel for a nice simple stay!

It’s amazing to see the hotel near the duomo and pick-up site for tours. It’s a perfect location, and walking to the hotel from the train station was with ease. If I’m back in Firenze, I’d definitely check in this hotel. Thank you for making the hotel accessible to us and for being accommodating.
