Excellent hotel in a great location in Florence. Walking distance to all attractions as well as a local laundromat. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and full of great recommendations. One receptionist even called a restaurant to make a booking for dinner whilst we checked into our room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast selection was great.

As a solo female traveler, I am always picky about the hotels that I select. This hotel met all my requirements of safety, cleanliness, and accessibility. I loved the hotel's convenient location and walkability; it was a straight shot to Florence's main attractions and shops. I liked my room; it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included daily breakfast was tasty, with a good selection, and the staff was super helpful whenever I needed assistance. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
