"The young lady on reception has very poor customer service. She is condescending and rude, she was to me and other guests. The room was not vacuumed at all and filthy. Uncomfortable mattress. "

"A modern bland extension to a country house. Room was unremarkable. Bathroom was disappointingly shabby. Bar and restaurant were ok, but nowhere to sit at the bar, I could only sit at a dining table set for dinner when having a drink at the bar. It was not comfortable and gave the impression I was encroaching on dining space. Staff did not come and clear table either. Overall disappointing. Looked nice in the pictures but the experience did not match it. "

The party we attended was well organised and the food and drink was excellent. We used the swimming pool facility which was very well presented - clean and warm facilities and pool. "
