You get what you pay for - if the expectations are managed accordingly it’s a good place to stay overnight, we use it for an annual event and will be back. On this occasion the room wasn’t vacuumed, but it seems to be a one-off, haven’t had that issue before. Otherwise clean and comfortable, spacious for families with proper extra beds, good and free parking. The staff are always very helpful. Handy location, rooms facing the back are peaceful with little noise from the main road. Breakfast served at the reception, very basic (cereal, toast and jam) but again for the price adequate.

All interactions with staff were very pleasant. Breakfast basic, but adequate - toast, cereals, juice, hot drinks. Nice view of fields from room. Bed comfortable. Slight road noise from A5, but not intrusive at night, and of course the easy access onto the A5 is convenient. Note, this hotel is on edge of Hockliffe, not in Leighton Buzzard or Dunstable. Very few other local amenities. Handy Indian Restaurant adjoining - The food was tasty, service OK, but note no alcoholic drinks served.

The place was ideally located.It was pet friendly and dogwalking areas within a 15min car drive, but only a car pk at the place.The room is similar to a "travelodge" and very clean.Staff are friendly and helpful.The Indian takeaway next door is both excellent value and delicious. Breakfast is continental buffet but can be eaten at the small eating area or taken to the room.I would definitely use this place again.

The breakfast was worth having and served 6-10 which was ideal. The accommodation was quite noisy being next to a main road with traffic most of the day and early morning. For anyone visiting with children I would take an extension lead as not enough sockets for the gadgets they might have.

The property was ‘cheap and cheerful’. Having said this you get what you pay for so if you are looking at having the finer luxuries then this probably isn’t for you. Check in and out was simple and the reception was attended 24 hours. I have to say that the hotel was very clean and given the price point didn’t disappoint. The included breakfast certainly isn’t a full English but cereals, toast and drinks. Would I stay here again? Yes.
