family with young children, this is an amazing hotel. If you are a couple, be prepared to be surrounded at dinner, in the bar and at breakfast by crying toddlers running around. There should be a lot more consideration about where people are sat for dinner; we were surrounded by three tables of tired children who did not give us a moments peace. family staykids which was a treat for our 13th year old daughters birthday weekend which we combined with a trip to LEGOLAND. Check in was quick and easy. The room was amazing which the girls loved, especially a “big” bed to themselves. We used the indoor swimming pool on both days which was a good treat for all. Breakfast was amazing with so much food. Plenty of parking with a quick and easy check out. We will definitely be back!!!"

"Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. "A very pleasant four night stay at this property and good value. The room was very comfortable and breakfast and dinner fine and I liked the atrium area for evening drinks and dinner. The only very minor issue was that the spa was not included in the price and it was only a health spa and no swimming pool and gym.
