Great hotel - stayed with friends for a weekend away for a festival nearby and all was great. Rooms a bit tired but very clean and beds comfy with good showers. Breakfast was excellent - not too busy and lots of choice and good quality. Will definitely be back.

Lovely friendly staff couldn’t do enough to look after us . Love that you can have a decanter of filtered water for free . Nice room with beautiful bathroom with a bath and a shower with a separate toilet ! Great toiletries too . So convenient to be right in the centre of the town . And lovely to have disabled parking too . With one of the lifts being a bit bigger it made life easy with our son’s wheelchair. We will definitely be back .

We had an excellent stay, would highly recommend. Superb breakfast, delicious food, great range including freshly made pancakes (the kids loved the machine!). The pool was fantastic. Room very quiet and comfortable. Could have done with more tea and milk. Was great having a fridge with plenty of room for our own drinks. Sofa bed allocated to the 2 children was a little small and bouncy (if one moved the other felt it, plus metal frame was exposed) but ok for a couple of nights. Not many plugs or charging points. Would definitely stay again, great location, near the station and all the shops and restaurants. Parked in broad st mall 10 min walk away at a discounted rate.

We stayed here because we have found Novotel perfect for our needs before, as a stop over on the way to Heathrow. Nice clean room with good shower. Quiet. 5 minute walk to RailAir bus stop. Will use again.

This is our go to hotel when travelling to Reading. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, pool, sauna. Its location is a short walk to the town centre and the Oracle shopping area and canal side restaurants. The train station is also a short walk to take you into London, Windsor, Oxford or any other places to visit
