"Lovely stay at the L'Abrivado. Check-in was very smooth, even though we each had limited knowledge of the other's language. The owners were kind and helped with some great restaurant recommendations. Our room was simple, but spotlessly clean and spacious. We had a lovely view overlooking the water and the carousel across the street. Anything in town was extremely close and walkable. "A peaceful setting with a lovely pond and wildlife. Very friendly people. We chose to be out of town, not an issue if you are happy to drive everywhere. Breakfast became tedious after 5 nights but appreciate most people stay for a shorter time. The real downside is having no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you had to go over to reception if you wanted a hot drink, so bring all your own stuff - there is a fridge in the room."

"We found this strategic accommodation for several reasons and if you don't want a horse experience you probably won't need your car for a while. Free public parking is within walking distance, ditto for the pedestrian city center, restaurants and beaches (wind if always treacherous). Friendly staff, cleaning ok, perfect quality french style breakfast! The standard room is decent, so why not? We enjoyed our stay!"
