"Not to be mistaken for a hotel, this is a self service set of prehistoric rooms, except for the pricing. Cleanliness is subpar, towels are older than my grandmother, and air conditioning is not a technology that has reached this part of the world. "I stayed one night with 2 friends in a triple room - but we were told at the time of booking that we could be provided with 3 single beds. Turned out not to be the case as our room had a double and a single bed and it was not possible to get 3 single beds. We survived that for one night - but cannot accept to share a bed with a double duvet - so asked reception for an extra duvet. "We had a one night stay in a lovely room with a great dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is locked and spacious. Surface is loose stones but there were 3 motorbikes present and appeared to handle the surface well. The car park is not covered. Close to the A6 motorway and close to Chablis and Noyers (possible attractions). We can recommend this Auberge highly."
