"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There...

"Lovely rooms with lots of animals on the property. Great pools and even a water slide for the kids. Breakfast was included and was excellent but service could be a bit slow. Comfortable beds and our suite had a kitchen and a deck which we made use of. Very friendly desk staff. I would recommend it "

"We loved our stay here. Ariana was very welcoming on our arrival and all the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a nice buffet style with good food. We enjoyed the friendliness of Jose, at the bar, even thought we don't drink. Molly the resident puppy is very sweet. Being able to park right by your room is great.
