My favorite hotel and country (Austria) during my Belgium-Luxemburg-France-Switzerland-Germany trip. This hotel is located in the small town of Zirl, minutes away from Innsbruck. It looks like a high class hotel, with an excellent restaurant connected to it, where you can have a complete breakfast (included in my rate), lunch or dinner. The hotel was very nice and I was very happy with all the amenities. It is not near old town so you have to either take a taxi or drive, but it is only about 10 minutes away. Since we were driving it was nice to have free parking at the hotel. Also the parking garages downtown will give you free parking if you buy a ticket to go up to Hafelekar on the funicular and cable cars. My family loved the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. It definitely felt like a 5-star hotel to us.

It is very convenient if you have a car. There is free parking on site. Love their breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Recommended this hotel

Best hotel of out entire trip #1

This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

They offered a parking lot which was very convenient. Breakfast was nice. But the best thing of all. Was the galaxy display on our ceiling that we didn’t even notice until I was just about to go to bed. I don’t know if it was glow in the dark paint or what but it was accurate and beautiful.

Innsbruck is a great place, with beautiful views of snowy mountains around the city. The hotel is place situated such that you get the view of beautiful mountains from your room. Enjoyed the stay

Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes...

King suite was very roomy, big fridge with large freezer, stove with good dishes. Bed very comfortable, lots of pillows. Huge bathroom.

Excellent location on Maria-Theresien-Straße - the central pedestrian street in central Innsbruck. It couldn't have been better, really. I walked about 10 minutes from the central train station. It is an older, historic building on the street side, through which you walk to reach the modern hotel in an inner courtyard. Very modern, quiet. The location is nice and the on-site parking is important. I don't think there should be extra charges for parking every day if you are staying in the hotel for 4 days. The room cleaning was only restocking towels and making beds. They don't vacuum or take out the trash. Also, there was hair throughout the room, on the ground by the bed, on the chair, in bathroom sink and tub so not cleaned before I got there or while I was staying there. But a nice place for a short stay and a decent price.

This place was amazing! the pool, the spa, the room, the view, the food and drink and the kind staff! Very welcome landing pad after our 5 day hike in the mountains. My family loved it! My wife and I and 3 kids, 13, 12, 8 -- was excellent!
