It was not fancy, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was my best night sleep on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't expect a fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room, but it was worth to get such a nice hotel for the price. If you get there after eight, no one will be there to check you, so make arrangements before you get there.

The staff was nice and very friendly both in the reception and in the restaurant. However, our room was very dirty. There was leftovers from snacks on the floor and under the bed and one of the bed was stained with something looking like coffee on the sheets and the blanket.

A great place to stay if you want to drive to Innsbruck and be only 4 minutes away from DEZ shopping center. The area is very beautiful, with lovely small villages and amazing views around Innsbruck and the mountains. The rooms were good, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved a little because we stayed for 4 days and the breakfast menu was the same every day, so it became a bit boring. Other than that, everything was very good, and we had a wonderful experience overall.

Excellent bathroom, excellent room, located right next to a bus station and multiple supermarkets which was excellent for day trips and traveling. Cons: no fridge in room and no kettle or ways of making coffee. Breakfast was expensive in hotel so it made way more sense to run to the supermarkets for coffee and breakfast.

Pros - Good location Well maintained and spacious rooms Cons - It’s not a three star hotel - at the most a budget one star or an Airbnb The hotel falsely advertises aircon - the staff said that its air circulation system had to get a fan for which I was expected to pay £15 in deposit £15 deposit of iron too No room service, no intercom, no staff after 20:00 - never experienced any of that in any three stars. God forbid you lose your key card and return after 20:00. This was pretty unusual - not even an out of hour contact. Definitely a money saving technique as I did see manned receptions in Innsbruck hotels. No basic amenities in the room which would be expected at a 3 star No shower cap, no basic vanity. The toilet only had soap - no moisturiser. Absolutely would not recommend if you are travelling for leisure. Bathroom exhaust did not work and shower was broken (kept together using tape) Breakfast choices very limited.

The room was clean and functional, but no Tea and coffee making facilities. Beds seemed small and not the most comfortable 2 nights sleep that we’ve had. Location was useful for us but was in a ln industrial area. Nice Mountain View’s when looking past that. Shop next door and Spar down the road were particularly well placed and useful. Reception staff sort of friendly and helpful but only when asked a question - they didn’t volunteer information, for example, the free Wattens card enabling free bus travel and reduced entry fees to some places of interest. The bar/lounge closed at 7.30 and they even turned off the lights when we were still seated in the area. Close proximity to Innsbruck and bus station only a short walk away. Lovely Italian restaurant a 5 min walk away but again, hotel staff failed to tell us this when asked for recommendations of local restaurants but it was fantastic with amazing food & friendly welcome! So, unlikely to recommend or re visit.
