Beautiful hotel with modern rooms but all the Tirol charm. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is breathtaking and the location is very practical, close to the historical city senter but practical to park in the adjacent parking garage. First rate Tyrolean hospitality. The reception staff were excellent, good advice on local restaurants and sight seeing. Great breakfast. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town. A short walk through the university area brings you out at the Hofburg Palace, and the quaint old town.

We got upgraded to the apartment which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely and staff were also helpful. The main issue we had was the TV was not working. We were not told about that at check-in. We spent ages trying to get it to work then went to reception to complain. We were advised it wasn't the hotels fault and there would be no tv all weekend. Customer service should be improved when things like this occur, guests should be advised at check-in.
