"I arrived to the hotel and the manager said that Expedia did not send any reservation for me. It was late at night and I decided to stay. Next day the manager said that I need to pay out of my pocket because Expedia didn't send any reservation. I tried to call Expedia and it was not easy. When I got home I call Expedia and made the complain I was hoping they return my money but they didn't. The manager did not help me to contact Expedia just said that I need to pay because he was busy. "

"The room was clean, practical and modern. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great (hot water! Yeah!!). The view of the mountains is fantastic. Gorgeous scenery all around us. Within a short walking distance is The Mirador which has a restaurant (delicious food), a coffee shop and a bar and the view from there is amazing as well. "Middle of nature reserve , beautiful verdant location. Wonderful included breakfast . We had dinner twice at the restaurant , was delicious and flavorful . Staff attentive. New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised .
