"Gran experiencia con excelente servicio al cliente Mi reconocimiento para el equipo de recepción (Roger, Rosa y muy especialmente Jason) por su trato excepcional. La limpieza y el confort de las habitaciones son de 10. El único aspecto a mejorar es el mobiliario: para un hotel de su nivel, considero indispensable contar con un escritorio con su respectiva silla y una poltrona sencilla en la habitación. Agregando ese detalle la estancia sería perfecta. Sin duda Volveria!!"

"Great location, just couple of blocks from the beach. We got a room on the first floor and it was very small. Water will come out of the shower, so take quick showers. Staff is very friendly and they kept our bags in the locker at no cost. Area is safe!"

"The staff was great, the food was amazing a lot of different choices. I wish the wifi was available throughout the entire resort. The gym needs a big renovation. I'd stay again for sure though. Had a good time. Maybe install more AC units in common area places that are indoors."
