"I don’t usually stay at resorts when I travel, but we decided to do a low-key week and we had an amazing time at excellence Riviera Cancun. Everybody that worked there was really nice to us. The food was amazing, the facilities and the grounds were clean and beautiful! I just I only have good things to say about this place. If you want a nice trip you want to relax and have a great time this is you place! As an added bonus, it’s child free which means no kids running around quiet nice grounds. It’s just a perfect holiday experience. "

"Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back."

"It was amazing. Everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Shower head was awesome. Staff was so friendly.
The two bartenders in the main pool, Enrique and Alma were incredible. They took amazing care of our group. Can’t wait to go back! "

"This was my first stay at Grand Sunset Princess and I loved it. Lovely, green area. Beautiful, spacious room with modern bathroom facilities. Fine bed. Room cleaned every day. Lots of swimming pools in addition to beach; I mostly used the pools. Very responsive staff, which I appreciated.
I recommend this hotel to others and am likely to return myself."
