"At times it's difficult to fault parts of the experience at this hotel, but we couldn't help feeling that it is overall disappointing. We did not go all inclusive because we only stayed for three days and that may have some bearing on this review. Let's start with the good things. "Our stay at Dreams was absolutely amazing! This hotel is incredible and the staff work extremely hard to deliver excellent service. We stayed in a standard room which was perfect for our stay - it was quiet and the bed was very comfy. The selection of pools is great - we mainly went to the infinity pool as the lunch was amazing down there.
