Wonderful stay

Fantastic staff, easy access to a small beach area, no issue with sun loungers around the pools, lots to choose from although unfortunately the pools were very cold this time of year. The family suite had great sized rooms/bathrooms & very comfortable.

Amazing property i will reccomend if you are a family with kids and if you like to stay on the pool area and not on the beach. The beach is not great. Service is excellent and people are very nice and friendly

We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special. The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating.

Great all inclusive resort

Great hotel and great stay. Always able to find spots at pool and beach. Food was pretty good. Free drinks were incredible, huge selection! Staff is very helpful and attentive! Pool is a bit cold but other than that, highly recommend. Nightly entertainment was also great!

8/10 Very good

The rooms were pretty quiet and you couldn't hear other rooms or entertainment! only sound was in the morning when people/children were passing the doors. Food was good. We had a great holiday as a mum and three kids (teens).

Fabulous hotel. Great staff who work so hard, are friendly and so helpful. Setting and views from hotel are stunning. Excellent food in main and a la carte restaurants. Drinks are all branded and cocktails amazing. Only thing missing for us were tennis courts and water slides but that's just in an ideal world. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Surprise for grandchildren

Purpose of trip was to create a family holiday without telling our grandchildren we would be there. The look on their faces we will treasure forever, with the setting and service absolutely fabulous.

10/10 Exceptional

The outlook from the hotel is stunning, especially for sunrise. Our room was upgraded to a bungalow with seaview and I think this added to the rating. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There were no issues getting sunbeds and lots of different locations to sit at to add variety. The buffet was good with a lot of choice. We werent able to make a booking on the app for the restauramts. To us this didnt matter as we enjoyed the buffet. I would definately return to this hotel.
