Property was very clean, rooms and room service were top notch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of pool space so it wasn't overly crowded. The entertainment activities during the day and the shows every night kept us busy and entertained the entire stay. And lastly, the food was better than any other food I have had at a Cancun resort. The Staff were very helpful and super nice, the hotel very clean and well decorated. Pool area was perfect and I loved that it wasn’t deep so my kids were so comfortable swimming there, they also had activities each day in the pool, very live and enjoyable, beach was white and they cleaned it daily , loved the buffet restaurant with lots of different fresh food, fruits and sweets! The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was old and outdated and towels are very worn and overused. We had to upgrade our room and they charge us another $600. Overall a nice hotel!

Everything was great the only bad thing is the room the gave us first it had a really bad odor, and took a lot of time to get changed to another room. After that everything was good, food .

The hotel, room, pool and beach was beautiful! The food was exceptional! Carmen at the pool really took care of us everyday. We will definitely go back to this resort.
