"Staff were amazing, super friendly, and helpful. It felt like they had known us for years. Our room was immaculate and housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. Right down to placing my grandson's favorite stuffy on his pillow. Facilities were well maintained and pool area was fully stocked with fresh towels, and pool toys for the little ones! A great family escape."
"The Arbutus Inn was a great place to stay for me.
I had booked last minute and was very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my stay was.
The initial greeting during registering was very professional and welcoming thanks to "Josh" at the desk. The entire building is well laid out, clean, newly renovated for the most part (some renovations were going on outside my room but during the day and not disruptive - wiring upgrades).
The cleanliness was on immaculate level.
Parking was a breeze and I felt very secure in that area with the lighting and outdoor security cameras. I was there for a couple of nights and the items in the box of my truck were never disturbed.
Would highly recommend the rooms with the bathtubs. The soaker tub was amazing. Check out the pictures for context. They only have a few rooms with this addition.
After I checked out, I realized I had left alot of items in the freezer/fridge (very handy to have) and phoned the front desk. "Lise" collected it for me and had it waiting very shortly after I had called.
Staff here is exceptional. Hands down.
