"Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this location and the property exceeded all expectations! It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything, peaceful and quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to friends and family. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it! Thank you. A great trouble free experience!"

"Our room was a very comfortable suite with a separate bedroom and a queen bed in the lounge area which suited our family. The kitchenette was compact but had very useful items in it. The hotel is on the main road into downtown Victoria and there are lots of buses going both ways which was excellent. Also opposite Zed is a shopping centre, you can walk across in 2 minutes, it has a great food court, lots of shops and a supermarket. The staff were fun, relaxed and very helpful. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and sauna. We also used the laundry, you can get free washing powder from Reception. The little cafe restaurant attached to Reception was super popular, on the morning we checked out there were people queuing to get a table. We did not partake but it smelt very good!"

"Nice location. Few minutes walk to bus 75 ,that takes you to Butcher Gardens or to Bus 70, that takes you to ferry’s terminal. Also, 7-8 minutes walk to Museum of British Columbia and Government Building. Hotel itself is not new, but very well maintained. Comfortable beds and clean rooms and friendly staff."
