Let's start this is definitely no frills motel. The room was immaculate the bathroom recently upgraded and very nice. Bedding was fantastic sheets clean and bed kinda hard but very nice. The ebikes were great we rode all over the harbor and goose something trail lol. It was quiet clean and mostly comfortable i would definitely recommend this place. Downside was having to drive through the druggies lol. But neighbor good was OK. Breakfast was very very basic. I would stay again.

Don't be fooled by the online garden vibe photo of the motel. It is not that way at all. it is more of an old motel with a paint job and a parking lot on a busy street. The bed was comfortable enough and the price was right. The free breakfast was basic and served in an old community room setting. It was clean and the people running things were very nice. It served our needs. The kitch factor was up there that is for sure.

The room had a strange smell. I am not sure if it's just our room or all rooms. The property does look dates, as other reviewers indicated, but not too bad at the same time. The room smell (old carpet smell) was my biggest issue. I am not a very picky camper. I noticed that when we were checking in our original room number was crossed out and we were given a new room. I don't know if we just got unlucky with the bad room because somebody else complained, or they are all like that. In any case, it took away from our experience. Over all the stay was fine, but I definitely felt like we should/could have gotten a cleaner room for the money that we paid.

They asked for a $100 “deposit” that I never got back! I contacted them and they are not answering! The breakfast is sugar on top of sugar with a side of sugar! I literally ate there with my kids maybe twice throughout one week reservation, very sweet muffins, jams, sweet pancakes and maple syrup to mention few of the sugary items! Some of the staff are nice, not all of them! The room service is good, they act when you ask. The place does have a musty smell! It is annoying! Their E-Bike rental is convenient and Kayak rental as well. Will I be staying there again? Absolutely no! Get back to me when you read this review as well because I want that $100 back! Hope this review is helpful for others.

We are a family of three, and we stayed at Robin Hood Inn & Suites for 2 nights. When we first entered the room, there was a smell inside. Luckily, the smell was gone after we opened the window for a while. The room is clean, but you will see some used signs (e.g. some bread crumbs on the shelf). The kitchenette included all the things you need if you prepare a meal by yourself. They offer a simple breakfast. Our favourite was the coffee machine. It offered a variety of hot beverages (black coffee, latte, flat white, mocha...). My son loved the pancake machine. :) Unfortunately, the only protein offered was boiled eggs. No sausage or bacon was provided. The thing we loved the most was that they offered free e-bikes! We biked around downtown, which was very enjoyable. We wished that we could rent it for 6 hours instead of 3. In sum, we had a good stay here.
