The property was a little out of the way but once we got the hang of the buses was easy to get around. Very clean. The staff were lovely as was breakfast.

Very interesting and unusual hotel. Helpful staff. Good size room. Very good location: bus or walk to downtown.

Beds were comfortable, decor was fun, great kitchen amenities & quiet rooms. Awesome pool, waterslide & restaurant on site. Ample parking and lovely pool. Good proximity to downtown and handy having the mall across the street. Only complaint was the lack of instructions about operating the tv which was oddly complicated.

This property was one of the cleanest best kept motels I have ever stayed out. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were open except for the water slide was having repairs done to it. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful at check in and check out. I just came from staying in a high end hotel for a work conference and honestly preferred Hotel Zed over the high end place just based off of the comfy bed this hotel had! I’d rate Hotel Zed higher if I could!

We had a brief stay last night and it was a very comfortable and friendly experience. The front desk staff were lovely, personable and friendly. The room was clean, fun decor and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever been on!! Even the pillows were fantastic. We played pool and enjoyed the Grandma's Basement fun room, although the pool cues need a little upgrading ;) We had a great stay! I've been to Hotel Zed 3-4 times now and I've always had a great experience!!

Beautiful and colourful place. Location was perfect. Room had what we needed and was had a great retro aesthetic. The Ruby had very enjoyable and high quality breakfast/lunch fare. Did not use the pool, slide or hot tub but everyone we heard seemed to be having lots of fun

The best compliment I can give a hotel is "that I'll be back". Everything is real at Zed's. Real people, real drinking glasses and coffee cups, and especially real toilet paper(not that 2 ply wax paper). I love the location. It is really easy to go out and about. Whether you're heading up the island or downtown.
