Excellent hotel. Spotless and incredibly comfortable. The only problem is the location; strategically in a decent spot but not a particulary safe-feeling neighborhood at night.

6/10 Good

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is close to good restaurants and other downtown destinations. The room and hotel itself could be cleaned better. Our shower had mold lined on the bottom. A deep soaking of bleach should solve this. The room and entire hotel has a musty smell. Arlene and Perry were very helpful and friendly receptionists. We also appreciated the coffee and fruits.

Wonderful staff! Quite convenient location to shops. Douglas street is tricky at night, but the hotel felt very safe and secure. Hotel bar and restaurant were awesome perks. Loved the spacious room and coffee! We will be back.
