Very friendly hosts. Location is easy to find, it's a quiet neighbourhood in a picturesque area, close to a beach park. Large homemade breakfast a la carte. Host provides menu with variety of options to suit all tastes. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. There are dogs on property but they are kept away from guests unless you want to pet them, then they are friendly, calm and quiet. The room had lots of little extras, like magnifying mirror in bathroom, reading lamps and multiple charging ports.

It was a truly wonderful B&B, and everything was perfectly arranged. The breakfast was also delicious. Karey and Howie are such kind hosts. When we were feeling anxious because we couldn’t go to Kelowna due to the wildfires, they were very supportive. I highly recommend this B&B. Next time, I’d like to stay for a longer period.

The room was so very comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided; a microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge... and our host was so welcoming! The location is beautiful, quiet, and close to the Butchart Gardens. There's lovely dogs on the property if you want to meet them (which we of course did!); we are sorry that we only had one night in our schedule to stay.

Oh it was lovely thank you so much to our hosts. Thoroughly recommend the walk down to the cove (walk down inverness road and follow path downhill) to see the seals. No problems and excellent value for money. I'd say, grab it if it's available for your dates.

Howie & Karen were tremendous hosts and made my family and I feel extremely welcomed! They were even super cool with accomadating last minute changes to my booking. My two boys had a blast and they were surprised with an amazing breakfast the morning after! We enjoyed our time so much that we’re planning to re-book for next year around the same time! The room was almost as fantastic as the hosts! Had such a brief but lovely stay here and would definitely come back. They make you feel right at home, the room is comfortable, clean, and has everything you'd need for an overnight trip. Highly recommend!
