Clean and comfortable

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in quite a while, very clean and the staff was very nice when checking in and out

Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was standard fair but far better than most similar hotel offerings, mainly because the lady that ran it worked her tail off to keep everything fresh and full and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring everyone got what they wanted.

Upon arrival Sunday, At the front desk I was greeted by a Male from Peru wo work at the hotel at the front desk. He was very kind and helpful and most of all very professional. He checks my ID gave me two compliment bottle of water and guided me to the elevators. Upon walking to the rooms, is all you need for a good time two work away from work - clean room, desk bathroom bed made to perfection. Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly and Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly check-in was a breeze. Nanci at the bar first class service, and her food was amazing. The room was pristine, and I was very satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Hotel shuttle would take you to places within 3 miles of hotel. To get to Boston the shuttle took us to train station. From there we road train to Boston downtown where everything was located. Alot of walking. Trolley's downtown but still wear your walking shoes. It rained all day the first day we went to Boston but we continued to stay downtown and went to aquarium/imax, which was a fast walk from train station until we found aquarium. Cute and cozy place!

We just stayed the night as we went to a concert close by at the Xfinity center. The people were friendly and very helpful!. The hotels was very clean and well kept!

Great hotel for families visiting Boston. Free parking, pool for the kids, and breakfasts served before you go. Linda, our evening hostess was FANTASTIC. She answered our questions, took care of our needs and made sure we were comfortable. If visiting the city during the day, would recommend the I93 HOV lane to come back to the hotel. DO NOT take the "side streets" 128 or 138 back south to the hotel, and whatever your maps app might say, DO NOT take the Blue Hills parkway - you will sit in a...

Pleasantly surprised. Room was super quiet both nights. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. If you are a craft beer drinker and like breweries, there’s one right next door (Widowmaker Brewing) that was outstanding as well and they seem to have food trucks on weekends.

Location convenient to my destination.
