Room was on smaller side and sink faucet was laughably too small for sink basin. Hotel needed some updating and repairs especially around elevators and entrances. Clean overall, decent breakfast, and friendly staff. Price seemed kind of high for what you got, but this was probably due to location.

Hot tub was under repair and the distance to the Red Line subway station required a hotel shuttle to go into Boston. Also no restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly. Apart from that, the hotel was very old with rips in the wallpaper and dirty old carpet in the hallways. The room looked like it was straight out of the 80s and hadn’t been renovated since with dark furnishings and drapes. Very old and depressing looking. I could not get a good night’s sleep on the bed. The breakfast was disappointing. I would not stay here, again, unless the hotel had a complete renovation.

This a great location whether you are going into Boston or surrounding areas. The Hampton Inn provides a shuttle service to the Adams red line which makes it hassle free to get into Boston. The Inn itself has a nice complimentary breakfast and coffee all day. The afternoon cookies are a nice touch. Danielle at the desk was super friendly and helpful. When we next return to Boston we will stay at the Hampton Inn!

We loved our stay. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The sheets were so soft and we had lots of pillows. The breakfast had breads/bagels/muffins, waffles, and hot scrambled eggs and sausages, yogurt and fruit. We left feeling full. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool. The water was a good temperature. We did not try the hot tub but it seemed to work good with lots of jets. There was ample parking.

We stayed here because it was a good price, sadly for 4 nights I should’ve planned a bit better and booked for comfort and not price. Pro’s: -A good distance from Boston -Localish mall/food -Free Breakfast (we did not utilize) - Pool/hot tub open until 10PM -Good price for 4 nights Con’s: -Bed/pillows flat/uncomfortable -Key locked prior to check out time (locked out of hotel and room early) -No safe to lock your valuables in -room kept in less than ideal cosmetic conditions(chipped paint, broken door at base, peeling wallpaper, paint jobs poorly done and dripping shown on walls)
