"Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"

"very nice property. villa favorita is the most economy option in the hotel. rooms are nicely appointed, but quite dated - Fotos look too nice, beautiful, very large property, very nice spa, pool and exercise facility, breakfast is nice - buffet and space - weird how there is no direct way to outside. free bikes, however, they are in desperate need of service or replacement. overall very nice stay in beatiful ascona/locarno area"

We stayed at the Marina side of it and it’s a bit weird and not modern but you forget about it by the way they take care of you. Beautiful view, pools and spa! Loved the experienced!"
