Really nice hotel, perfectly situated by the water and the old town, Intra, accessible right behind the hotel. Breakfast buffet also very nice, small but exquisite.

Fabulous in every respect!

Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, and across the road from the ferry port, making it super-easy to visit the Borromeo Islands and even Switzerland! The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. What was particularly nice was the free coffee bar in the lounge and the "sweetie bar" in reception, and the welcome drinks & nibbles were an exceptional touch. Everything is within close walking distance, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés. Would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Had a lovely stay here, clean room with lovely lake view, good powerful shower, only downside - it was bit noisy at night from the local bars. Parking tip - you can park in the ferry port carpark for a week for around 25 euros instead of using the hotel one

Ok, but nothing special. Busy street in front of the hotel.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Staff was unwelcoming and not very invested in their role of hospitality. Their lack of effort for advice and help was extremely anemic. For this reason alone I would not go back.

Sauberes, grosses Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, leider wurde trotz Verbot geraucht und daher roch es unangenehm. Tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal
