"A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. The concierge was very helpful and communication went flawless. "

"This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it"

"We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and this is the only place we stay. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, close proximity to the main square, nice pool, all keep us coming back year after year. I do wish they would expand their WiFi to make it accessible from the pool and in the rooms though. Overall great place to stay in Cozumel!"
