Very nice property with an equally nice host. Breakfast provided in the morning and we also enjoyed a beer on the outside patio in the evening. Room very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to castles and Highline 179. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
Great location. We had a large terrace with amazing views of the castle and mountains. Rooms were large with ample space. Hotel offered two restaurants and a complimentary breakfast each day. Also offered free parking.
Great hotel...great location....friendly and helpful staff for the most part. There was one guy who clearly had an issue with Americans....gave him a 20% Euro tip (which is way more then Europeans leave) and he was still a %^$*&.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hirsch overall and would consider staying there again if we were going to be in the area. The front of the building reminds me of something out of a Wes Anderson film, and the inside is equally cute and comfortable with an updated, yet traditional Bavarian feel. Our room had wood flooring and a rug, which is something I don't often see in hotels! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was an enjoyable experience as well.

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.
Hotel Waldman is a jewel. This wonderfully charming family run hotel and restaurant is gorgeously surrounded by picturesque Bavarian country side and snow capped mountains. The food is just as spectacular as the views, and their hospitality makes this enchanted place feel as much like home as it does a fairy tale. The location of this property makes it easy to walk around town to visit the many shops and restaurants. Though the room was small, it was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes from the castles! Very very happy with our experience. Easy to find, nice parking, great location walking distance from downtown. We were in Europe for 3 weeks and this was my favorite hotel we stayed in. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent dinner together in the restaurant there. We sat outside on the patio for drinks before dinner. Beautiful setting. Earlier in the day we did the lifts to the top of the mountain and also the zip line and suspension bridge. A very fun area.
