Very clean, great breakfast, centrally located, easy walk to the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we couldn’t eat the breakfast due to our early schedule, the staff get breakfast packed for us for the next morning. Very nice.

The room was top notch. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was hard to beat. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot is very challenging and not for the feint of heart, but staff will help you get in if you need it.

The room looks newly renovated. The staff is very helpful and responsible; also, response efficiently to emails if there are any questions. A variety of foods for the breakfast buffet. Recommended to reserve a parking spot if you are driving, as the garage is small. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and calm (for those facing the interior at least). Breakfast is very varied and delicious! The Füssen Card comes included which is very practical if you want to take the bus to Schwangau.

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have. Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful. And finally. First rate buffet breakfast.

Breakfast was great, so many delicious options. They upgraded our room but the toilet wasn't clean, no coffee or tea in the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall was good

Overall quite excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable, especially the pillows. Theonly disappointment was that the hot tub closed at 7 pm prior to our arrival.
