The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. The owner, Herman, was great. We had an excellent dinner together in the restaurant there. We sat outside on the patio for drinks before dinner. Beautiful setting. Earlier in the day we did the lifts to the top of the mountain and also the zip line and suspension bridge. A very fun area.

Lovely property, welcoming staff, fabulous food at dinner, great room with balcony. Quiet location, and easy to find by car. A bit far to walk into town centre on a hot day.

Fint hotell. Bra frukostbuffé i systerhotellet bredvid. Tyvärr dålig wifi. Väldigt sköna sängar.

2/10 Poor

Clean place, I ended up there by chance and on arrival we got a lot of attitude and ended up in a twin bedded room in the attic where you banged your head on the ceiling in 60% of the room if you are over 1.80m ... not what I paid for but I was too tired to try and educate the rude receptionist how to speak and treat guests.... It takes a lot for me to write a review and I apologise if the staff think it was us that was the problem staying in their place.

Tolles Hotel, mit Restaurant. Frühstück gibt es im Hotel direkt nebenan. Super Buffet.

Our first time in Austria

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alpenhotel Ernberg. Our only issue was that we had a room of 3 and the bed for the third full-size adult was more suited for a child and the mattress was not even in height for its full length.
