The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. ALMOST PERFECT. Great price, clean modern, beautiful. Great service. Two issues, one is no way to boil water in the room. Bathroom has very little privacy... and sound travels :)

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Mr. Mark helped us plan our days and all of his suggestions were spot on. Dianne, Alex & the front desk crew were exceptionally helpful too and great fun to meet. This hotel is great. Here is what stood out: 1. Rooms are very comfy with nice, hot showers 2. Breakfast is included and it is a fresh, hot breakfast rather than a generic buffet 3. Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. And well-locates just next to a shopping mall

Hyatt Santiago Vitacura is a great hotel- the room was very spacious and had amazing views of Los Andes. The staff was very friendly and responded to many of our questions providing recommendations about the area and clarifying any questions we had.The hotel is in a great area (safe and modern). Super location. Modern and clean design. Top Floor is a great place to hangout or conduct business meetings. Friendly stuff and buffet breakfast add good value for our stay. 4 bottles of water and 4 coffee pods are included in every room no matter how many nights are booked.
