We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

This hotel is great. Here is what stood out: 1. Rooms are very comfy with nice, hot showers 2. Breakfast is included and it is a fresh, hot breakfast rather than a generic buffet 3. The neighborhood is popping with all kinds of things to do in the immediate area 4. Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. And well-locates just next to a shopping mall

ALMOST PERFECT. Great price, clean modern, beautiful. Great service. Two issues, one is no way to boil water in the room. Bathroom has very little privacy... and sound travels :)

Hyatt Santiago Vitacura is a great hotel- the room was very spacious and had amazing views of Los Andes. The staff was very friendly and responded to many of our questions providing recommendations about the area and clarifying any questions we had.The hotel is in a great area (safe and modern). We used Uber for transportation and worked well

I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Mr. Mark helped us plan our days and all of his suggestions were spot on. Dianne, Alex & the front desk crew were exceptionally helpful too and great fun to meet. Super location. Modern and clean design. Top Floor is a great place to hangout or conduct business meetings. Friendly stuff and buffet breakfast add good value for our stay. 4 bottles of water and 4 coffee pods are included in every room no matter how many nights are booked.

The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

I needed to stay at this hotel for only a few hours, and it was within walking distance of my location and next to a lot of places in the city. My boyfriend´s father had a hotel reserved for us, and we had no problem getting a room. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get in and out of the room and hotel. I also liked that there was a worker who opened the door for me when I arrived with my luggage.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very "walkable," with many restaurants and small markets nearby.

First time at this hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice property and good selection of breakfast items. Especially liked the lobby area and the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating areas for meetings, eating or drinking. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good WiFi. Good value overall.

Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !

Large hotel, but very well done and maintained. Centrally located, can walk to main shopping center and tower. Rooms a little on the small/minimal side, but comfortable enough.
