The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...

On Sunday 28 Sept, 2014, I arrived with my family at the Rosso Hotel, Firenze. When the Hotel Rep (Phillipo) asked for my hotel reservation and Passport, I realized that all my money and Passport was stolen from my purse. It happened apparently before I left Venice, at the St. Lucia train station when I departed to Firenze. I felt so miserable, but the hotel Rep was so understanding and polite. He accepted the only ID I had. He apologized on behalf of his country, and provided me directions...
