Great location to be close to the airport but also get into the city center of Florence. Tram stop is in front of hotel so very easy to get luggage to airport for 2 euros/adult. Restaurant was great and very accommodating for kids. Room was clean and spacious.

Amazing location. 4 tram stops away from airport. It takes just 10-15 minutes door to door. The tram stop is literally opposite the hotel. The same tram will take you in 20 minutes to the old town and main train station. Great. Room was clean and big, bed very comfortable. Sound proofing really great. All one needs for a good sleep. Will 100% stay again.

This hotel is located away from the crowded tourist area, across the street from a large urban park. It was easily accessible from the tram, which we took from the train station. It was a short cab ride to the airport as well. We only had a short overnight stay but the room was comfortable, very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

6/10 Good

Spacious clean room and very kind staff. A handle in the bath tube was broken. Unfortunately, fitness center opens first 08:00 which makes it difficult to use if you are there for work. Breakfast ok, but overpriced for what they provide. A bit away from the center but has a tram line right in front that gives easy and quick access to the center and the airport.

I dont think i will even consider any other hotel in Florence specially if you have a car driving around Tuscany. The tram stop right outside the hotel and takes you right into downtown. AC was also very cool which is perfect for summer months. Room was very spacious. Bar and Food options on site.

6/10 Good

Very convenient location with metro stop just outside for a short trip into the centre. Slightly underwhelming overall experience with worn Infrastructure such as faulty door locks and issues with fixtures in the bathroom. Air con was brilliant though which was needed during the high summer temperatures. Comfortable room but overall don't think we would go back

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. Friendly and approachable staff, we ended up here by mistake through another hotel booking. Would highly recommend, and in a great location 10 mins away from central Florance.

10/10 Exceptional

Arrived at the property and greeted with a staff member to help me park the car. Very quick check in and in the room within 10 minutes. The room was really spacious, had a dressing room, large bathroom and large lounge bedroom. All the facilities including a steamer, toiletries, hair dryer, tea and coffee, very nice. Tram stop outside and supermarket next door. The staff were amazing, every request done with a smile, do they go the extra mile? Yes they certainly do. Breakfast was the best, certainly value for money, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs were very nice, only slight criticism, could have done with some Heinz baked beans, it’s a UK thing!!! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel 100% and certainly value for money.
