"We arrived after the 4pm check in time to find our room/yurt was not ready; had to wait for cleaning staff to arrive and clean the yurt. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. In the yurt the tv did not work and the soap dispensers in the shower did not work. Yurt was well equipped with basic necessities; was clean. AC worked well. The location is beautiful."

"Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills to be as attentive as you’d expect at this price point. Very laid back and seemed geared towards a much younger crowd. A disappointment as we expected better service. At check in, requested the room to be cleaned daily,but it was only cleaned once out of 4 nights stayed. 5 star pricing without the service component will not bode well over time. We wouldn’t recommend for the price."

"We stayed here for my kids birthday wee in April 2026. For 5nights costing 2100$ While everything is great what really bothered me was poor housekeeping . You hike the whole day come tired and your rooms are not cleaned . They told us they will clean alternate days I said ok . But even then it was not. If you’re charging 400$ a night the least you can do is have good housekeeping. Spa was good . Kids play area great . Food obviously expensive and very less to choose from . But they have a store to pick snacks or coffee from. It’s a good 1 time go. Thanks"
