Our first night stop on the way to Yosemite. We loved staying here! It was a great stay. Loved the bed and pillows! We didn’t get to check out the fire pit but it looked cozy and fun! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

6/10 Good

The location was great - about 10-15 mins from Yosemite. And convenient to have a restauarant on the property. But the room had an odd odor and the sheets/towels had stains.

We had a great couple of days at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the hot tub helped a lot after a day of walking in Yosemite. It is very close to the park and an easy drive. There is a nice riverside area across the street that was very peaceful for a morning coffee next to the water. I'm sure we will be back.

The room was ok, the bed was clean. The grounds are wonderful and beautiful. The amenities are fantastic. The tv reception is not great and the internet not very good, but who really needs those things on the beautiful property. The river walk at night is the highlight of the property.

Cedar Lodge was one of the nicest hotels, if not the best that we stayed in. Reannan was the nicest and one of the most helpful people to help us when we checked in and helped us take care of a financial problem we had. She was exceptionally personal and made us feel very welcome!

Room was nice, they had a bar/grill on property that served burgers and such. Food was good although expensive. Several swimming pools. Had a gift shop where you could buy essentials. The only real negative was their WiFi, it sucked.

My go to hotel when visiting Yosemite. Love the location, quiet, has a restaurant onsite with many options and overall a wonderful stay each and every time.

Nice clean room. A 20 min drive to Yosemite Valley. The three pools, hot tubs and game room were fun. The only downsides were we asked for an extra pillow two times and they never brought it. The first time was calling the front desk and the second time was asking at the front desk. We were told both times that they would send it right up. Nope, no pillow. We also had to go to the front desk for pool towels and more toilet paper.

4/10 Fair

While the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, this hotel is a prime example of zero competition nearby. Given its proximity to Yosemite Valley, they have guaranteed occupancy with no need to actually update the property. Pretty much every game in the Game Room had something wrong: a missing billiard ball, PacMan didn’t even work, half the buttons on the multi-game arcade didn’t work, and broken cornhole boards. The TV in the room was in poor condition. And WiFi was spotty at best. But why have a high hospitality standard if you’re always going to have occupancy, right?

Beautiful property, I was impressed with all the extra pools' and hot tubs, and the hot tub was nice and hot, not just warm like most hotels, it was the perfect temperature to soak in after hiking all day in Yosemite. I would definitely stay there again!
