K. at the front desk was extra helpful. I arrived a day early by mistake. The computer required a separate booking and my reserved room starting the next night was occupied that night. She offered ways to make three challenges easier for me, such as only collecting one deposit though I had two bookings, even though it was more work for her. Loved the mini-suite at the back on the top floor. Spacious, quiet, large table for spreading out work. The spa was marvelous, not too hot and the jets go all the time so you don't have to get out and reset any timer. Many options at the continental breakfast; I recommend the raisin toast with peanut butter. Very fair price for all this.
