"Not totally familiar with Ottawa, it was further out from Nepean than we anticipated. The renovations were frustrating. I know staff did what they could. The room was great and the bed was awesome. "

"Bugs. On the 5th floor surprisingly. Ants and other weird ones in the sink and tub drains. Pillows are also super fluffy (too thick but that’s a personal preference), I prefer when there is at least some options. Decently quiet."

"Suite 6 is wonderful. Clean, warm, everything you need for a romantic night. Just don’t expect to sleep in. Window is right at the sidewalk edge. Dog living across the road barks at everything when outside at 630am. Can hear people talking on the side walk as they pass. Can hear every car going by on the main st of the town. In our particular case, there was scheduled construction of the suite above us, starting at 730am. No warning at all. "
