"After years of visiting the Business Inn 2-3 times a year, I may have only once been disappointed. Fairly quiet, larger rooms, and everything from a gym to a breakfast included. In an area of Ottawa where things like major tourist attractions, museums, and ByWard market, are close by. For coffee, beer, bars, or restaurants there are things nearby."

"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "
