"Really amazing and attentive staff. Very clean. Great to be right in the middle of Harvard square area. Great that the windows operate and can get fresh air. I would stay here in future when visiting Cambridge."

"Clean hotel worth staying at compared to the expensive downtown choices. Short walk to Harvard, a few minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a bit of a hike to get to the subway, however. Room was comfortable and quiet and it was nice to have an on-site restaurant."

"Great location, lovely property, nice sized room and friendly staff. Only drawback was weak-ish water pressure while we were there."

"The Kendall Hotel is a great and very unique hotel tucked away in downtown Boston. Very clean and great staff. A must stay for any active/retired firefighter as sit is in Old Station 7. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Boston area and booking another stay with them."

"Great location in Central Square near lots of shops and MIT and Harvard. Friendly staff. Small but efficient and pleasant room. Lovely."

"We so enjoyed 4 days at this new beautiful modern hotel. The staff were amazing, so attentive who went above and beyond to make our stay special. State of the art fitness center. Right near Harvard."

"Clean, well-maintained property. Near MIT Kendall and he biotech cluster. T stop is a very short walk; Starbucks is around the corner (!). The decor is dated. Feels very 1990s, not modern. But again clean and well-maintained."

"Great place to visit and enjoy Harvard Square "

"Terrific new hotel with nicely decorated, spacious rooms. The garage underneath the hotel is well lit and very convenient. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a convenient cafe located just across the street. It's a short walk to Mass Ave and the Porter Square T stop and restaurants. The walk to the Harvard campus is a bit longer but is very pleasant."

"Clean and comfortable - I was happy to stay a couple nights at the Porter Square Hotel!"

"Nice spacious room with excellent views of the river. Close to Harvard square. Ordered room service breakfast. Omelet, French toast and bacon all had generous portions."

"Economical, no-frills, but very helpful staff and good location for Harvard Square activities."

"Fantastic hotel, very convenient location, walking distance to many great restaurants! Would stay here again!!!"

"We enjoyed checking out Tranquil House. Everything was so neat and clean. I really loved the beautifully finished wood floors throughout. The kitchen had everthing that we needed. We had immediate and helpful conversations with both people, about restaurants nearby and for navigating transportation to downtown. We'd definitely want to stay here again if we head back to Boston!"

"Location was great, the staff in the restaurant were exemplary, food was surprisingly good for a hotel option."
