I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious and well-appointed, the staff went above and beyond to help us out, and it was very reasonably priced for the area. My only gripe would be about parking, but the entire area faces massive parking challenges that are common to many cities. I'll definitely stay here again!

Terrific new hotel with nicely decorated, spacious rooms. The garage underneath the hotel is well lit and very convenient. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a convenient cafe located just across the street. It's a short walk to Mass Ave and the Porter Square T stop and restaurants. The walk to the Harvard campus is a bit longer but is very pleasant.

This hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are modern and spacious. The location is convenient with a short walk, (about 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants). They have a garage under the property, which is super convenient. I would stay again in a heart beat!

Amazing room and beautiful hotel. Only complaint is parking. There is an underground garage and we were not provided how to get in it, until I called the front desk. There is no sign letting you know what to do.The staff has to open the garage door for you and you still had to pay to park in it.

This was a beautiful building and beautiful room. We loved all the little touches, the seating area outdoors, the fancy versions of games, the marketplace of snacks, everything was very clean and worked well. The basement parking, while limited, was glorious! So easy to run to the car for something. This may have been my favorite part. We slept great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was perfect, it was a suite with a dishwasher and everything so we had all that we needed. Walking distance to a gas station, easy Uber pickup and food delivery. Would certainly stay again.

New hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Be aware that the parking garage has yet to have signage and they must open it for you so call ahead if you are parking in the garage. Excellent location close to Porter Square

Terrific new hotel option in Porter Square. We stayed there just after the hotel opened, and while there are a few kinks to work out, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are big! We stayed in a room with two queen beds plus a sitting area and a small kitchenette and it felt plenty big for 3 adults. Close to coffee, cafes, and shops.

Everything was exceptional except for the parking. I would defintely stay here again but if you do, expect drive down a service ramp and have to call the front desk to let you into a garage below. When coming back out, you need to call someone to let you out and the drive up the ramp. Its a bit risky because you are inverted and cant see oncoming traffic before you turn on the street.

The hotel is nice however for $283/night I expected more. There was no hand soap or body wash in the bottles when I checked in. I had to ask the front desk for someone to refill them. The shower water never got past luke warm. I also found it very odd that there was no trash can in the bathroom. The hotel is directly next to the train tracks. It is extremely loud. Even with blasting white noise I woke up frequently. I don’t think it is worth the price.

Room is not dark at night, between light coming in around edge of shades and light sources in the room (e.g. refrigerator with blue light and glass door).
