Beautiful, clean rooms, with a nice firm bed. A small living room area, which was a nice bonus. Super clean bathrooms. Helpful staff, and a great restaurant on the property: Margeaux.

8/10 Very good

Great location in Porter Square. Small, boutique hotel which seems to have been recently upgraded. In and out valet parking at reasonable price. Our room had a nice sitting area with a small bedroom. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The nite front desk worker was really helpful and personable. Gave us good tips to get around and places to eat. The location was also good as it was close to good restaurants and and Harvard Sq.

8/10 Very good

This hotel offers a basic level of comfort and at a good price. The location is good and close to the T station for easy access to the city and the universities. We were able to check a little ahead of time and had a 12.00 late check as part of our stay. We did not bother with the hotel breakfast as there are a lot of good options locally that offered best quality and value.. Overall it was a good functional hotel

6/10 Good

Hotel rooms are showing wear. Bathroom shower needed detailing. Beds were lumpy and slid around on the wooden platform. Desk attendant not very engaging. Good location for the red line train

You have to request that your room be cleaned by 11:00, otherwise, they will not clean your room. The front desk staff is not very friendly, they hardly look up from their computers but the hotel has an excellent and convenient location.

Great hotel! The staff was super nice (especially the gentleman with the spider tattoo) and was so helpful when I discovered I’d accidentally booked a twin room instead of a king 😂. The room and the hotel were super clean and we really enjoyed our stay there!

The hotel is my best option to stay in Boston area since is close to the metro station and surrounding by excellent restaurants on Mass Ave.

Convenient location close to the T and local restaurants & coffee shops. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was quiet & comfortable and the Margaux Supper Club was a lovely option for fine dining. I will stay again next time

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful hotel in great location. Helpful staff and room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of closet (minimal clothes hanging space) as I was in town for wedding with multiple dressy events. Otherwise a lovely stay.

8/10 Very good

Pros: Excellent staff; super convenient location; wonderful and comfortable bed, lots of pillows; awesome shower pressure; great AC. Cons: Small shower/toilet area, so if you’re a bigger person, the bathroom might be uncomfortable. Thin walls; I could hear normal conversation next door, etc. No mini fridge in room, communal one in basement. Run down in small locations in the room like wallpaper peeling.
