"We were impressed the moment we pulled up the driveway, it's a lovely building. Reception hallway is very warm, bright and welcoming, looks very swish. The room again was just perfect, gorgeous decor, very clean, plenty of space and a good sized ensuite. Wonderful view over Bath. Bed was comfy and great blackout blinds and curtains. Breakfast was delicious and great choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute or so walk to the city cente. Would highly recommend staying...

Instructions for check in came very close to 3pm- so for those who plan ahead- just know the instructions WILL come, just closer to 3pm;) The place was really cute and comfy. Great kitchen for those who prefer to cook a few meals, and very comfy beds. We loved the proximity to both an M&S and other markets. Place was as described and would DEFINITELY stay again next time we’re in Bath. Thanks!!"

"Lovely place. Bit of a trek from the recommended carpark I would imagine for older or disabled people. I found it a nice walk. Lovely hotel, room and staff with a great breakfast"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location for walking down into Bath (although steep walk back up), and ideal for getting train into Bristol. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious every morning!!! Room was great and although by a main road, was not disturbed by noise at all. Would definitely book again if ever travelling to that area!!!"

"We had a really lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and provided a map of key attractions. Good amenities such as a lovely outside bar, Dyson hairdryer in room and larder of drinks and treats. The room looked over the city with a beautiful view which was only a short walk away. The only down side was a lack of any appropriate vegan dinner options however the breakfast was lovely and concierge staff tried hard to help with a restaurant booking. "A beautiful house on four floors with lovely large well kept and clean room. The kitchen was very spacious with lots of room for entertaining. The only issue I had was that when I asked for the single bedded rooms to be made up they did not get the message as this is through the virtual assistant. This was a minor issue that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone as location was great and lots of facilities. "
