A great stay here. Friendly staff and bed was very comfy. Pleasant walk from her into Bath too.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, modern rooms, pleasant staff and good all round breakfast, although not right in the City centre which I prefer not to be anyway, only a 10 mins slow walk and you are in the City, One big negative though, having stayed in both Holiday Inns and Expresses many times, having to pay for parking, I appreciate the hotel prices being higher for Bath compared to other places but to charge for parking as well is going to put visitors and guests off staying at the Holiday Inn, myself included.

Perfect for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short easy walk into the centre of Bath. Bath is a very attractive city. Only downside is the cost of the car park £75 for 2 nights is a bit greedy (discounted from £100). The room and the bed were very comfortable.Breakfast was okay but a bit of a scrum as very busy! But we would stay again

4/10 Fair

The stay was ok, nothing amazing to be honest, the mattress was pretty solid which didnt really help for a good night's sleep and in all honesty the breakfast was in the politest way possible very dull, nothing looked too fresh. Staff were very pleasant though but overall we will not be returning here and we're glad to be leaving.

Lift broken. Room smelt so we moved, not s great experience. Staff pleasant though.

$270 per night was a bit much for this hotel. It is not downtown but is walkable which is good because unless you want to spend $66 per NIGHT to park at the hotel you will need to march up the hill 13 minutes to the city parking. That is $26/night. This is not London or New York is it? Breakfast was midlin and room was comfortable. Staff was helpful but they are put in a very bad spot trying to explain the parking rip off. There just has to be a better option than this.

Not perfect but an OK place to stop for the night. A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would have helped. The breakfast included was better than expected.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is a good option for a weekend away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was okay, although it could be improved by offering more savoury options and a wider selection overall. Overall, we had a nice stay

Clean, modern hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. 10-15 minutes walk to city centre with parking at the hotel and bus stop nearby. The hot breakfast every morning was delicious and great value.

All in all what you would expect from Holiday Inn. Clean room with comfortable bed, made up as we needed it. Lift was out of order so reception staff went the extra mile to assist with carrying baggage up the stairs. In the middle of a heatwave so room was very hot. Although the air conditioning was supposedly able to be turned down, it kept resetting back to a higher, warmer temperature which was frustrating. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Parking very expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and a comfortable room. On site parking was welcome as we had no intention to use our car for the duration of the visit. Good location to explore the City, and some very nice local places to eat and drink in the evening. It was nice to have a hotel bar too.

The room was very clean & comfortable, including the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Bobo, who went out of his way to give us sliced limes to go in our gin and was such a lovely cheerful guy with a great sense of humour.
