The staff was as accommodating as they could be in the heat wave but didn’t have adequate fans for the rooms. My understanding is they are trying to have AC units installed and it will be much better when that happens. They were very kind and the location was quiet and not too far from Bath attractions. Lovely spacious room. Nice little touches, water and glasses, body wash, shampoo etc etc. Tasty well cooked breakfast. When we arrived and checked in, the receptionist was very friendly and took us to our room which is nice. Room beautiful and clean. We didn’t have breakfast as we prefer to eat brunch. Would definitely go back and recommended for sure. Took us about 15 minutes to walk to train station and only about 10 minutes to shops.
