We forgot a piece of jewelry in the room and the hotel took the time to call us and let us know, I think that says a lot about the people working there. "Night clerk had no personality. 1 key for 2 people. Floors were dirty. Someone urinated in the West end stairwell that was already unkept.
Room was comfortable, however have to request any kitchen amenities. Not even a coffee maker. Looked like a fist punch in bathroom door. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Chose an Extended Stay because we came out for a specific food we planned to come back and enjoy.
Right next to the highway with some sketchy people in parking lot relieving themselves....
